Our particular speciailities include bacon and gammon cured on the
premises.
We also offer smoked bacon using our smoker at the back of the shop
with natural wood chips.
If you need to avoid cereal or even if you don't, try our gluten-free, handmade "South
Riding" sausage. It is one of our most popular flavours.
We are particularly proud of the "Sheffield" Pork Pie. Made to our own special recipe,
this is reckonned to be the best pork pie on the Real Meat Company network.

Seam (Continental) butchery: When preparing the
meat for you we seam cut to remove gristle and connective tissue. This is the norm in continental butchers but something of
a rarity in Britain.
The customer benefits from super lean cuts, trimmed to perfection and superb value with effectively
no waste.
